Clean rooms nice staff and convenient location, recommend. Booked on Agoda and the check-in process was easy. Chose this location due to the closeness of the Taj and staff was very knowledgeable about it. Would stay again and recommend to tourist.

I stayed in Sun Hotel Agra for 2 days my business trip. I was so much impressed by the service and amenities. The room was spacious and clean comfortable with nice view of Red fort and Taj Mahal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made our business trip amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Location was very close to Taj Mahal and Red Fort. I would deffinately recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality with budgeted price in the city of Taj Agra.

Hotel is nice, room was also good, breakfast was also good and Mr. Sonu Sharma was good in his services... I would like to bring in notice that, i stayed in room 211 with my brother and sister-in-law, means 3 persons. At the time of check in i clearly offered at Reception counter to make my room 3500 All Inclusive for 3 persons with breakfast. Receptionist denied for the same. I paid full amount of INR 3920 for 3 persons and got mattress as well in the room. The point is the Invoice Bill which i got is for only 2 adults, which means the person cheated and manipulated the system. He did not show 3 persons in tge system only 2 and asked only 2 ID's, but in Arruval & Departure Register i have mentioned 3 guests entry. Not only this, we 3 had tea the morning staff at reception firstly asked cash, i did not had it i asked for UPI, i paid via UPI into his account but not got bill of that INR 160. Again the cheating is being done. Main nahi likhta ye sab agar ye baat jab maine saamne se offer kia ke paise rakh lo, tab badi badi baat kia ke hamara hotel ye sab nahi karta delhi se controlling hoti hai etc etc. And in the end aap logo ne paise chori kie aur kia wahi jo maine aapko offer kia tha......

Room paint peeledoff, Almirah very dirty, Cabinet drawers very dirty, extra bed very bad, no brush provided (payed 3360 for one noght), no toothpaste provided. Ended up damaging my car as parking space as parking space was not enough & staff inisted on parking my in a very tigth space.

I booked this hotel by myself. Hotel gave good rates. Beautiful rooms, and near all historical building and market (Sadar Bazar) is very close to hotel. near to Agra Cant railway station. Food and services good and excellent behavior of hotel staff. overall i recommend this hotel.
